John joined the Baseops' team in 1993 as a flight operations specialist. During the past eight years, he has served as an Operations Specialist, Flight Planner, Operations Supervisor and Quality Control and Training Supervisor. John has designed and implemented procedures, which currently are used in the Operations Department, to allow for a seamless, more efficient method of servicing our customers. John is also a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor.
